737 W Washington Blvd has a notable architectural feature - a transparent gap in the middle of the building where a glass walkway links the two sections of the structure on every level - that give it the name of Skybridge. The building was one of the earlier new construction developments in the West Loop during the early 2000s. Skybridge was built in 2003 and consists of 237 condo units.
